Default setting

By default, your website's automatic submission allows you to accept legal basis and consent in SPREAD. So when you send us:

• A new order... the profile is automatically sent with the legal basis Commande to the status Accepted.

• A new account... the profile is automatically sent with the legal basis Inscription to the status Accepted.

• A newsletter subscription... the profile is automatically sent with the consent Informations commerciales par email to the status Accepted.

  <aside> 🚨 Warning, this last point is valid only in the case where the Internet user checks the box to subscribe when creating an account or ordering.

Other consent acquisitions

Does your site have an insert to subscribe to the newsletter? You collect consents elsewhere and you want to bring them up in your CRM?

We offer four solution:

1. Replace your insert by HTML widget,
2. Send information in SPREAD in JavaScript,
3. Send information in SPREAD in PHP,
4. Send information in SPREAD in API V2.

Replace your insert by HTML widget

SPREAD allows you to display an HTML widget which is often preferred for newsletter registration.

It integrates on your website by targeting a <div>.

For that:

• Create an operation Inscription à la newsletter (or update an already create),
• Add a new type of widget inside an operation with the button Add a widget,
• Add the HTML widget in your site thanks to its ID which is in the widget configuration.
